How often do you think about your own mortality?
For most people, the answer is 'not very often'.
I've had a bit of a crazy week this week.
Not only did we lose both Victoria Wood and Prince to the big stage in the sky - but a very close friend of mine had to say goodbye to his mum too.
This made me seriously question my own mortality, and in this 'Five To Thrive' episode, I'm going to ask you to do the same!
